Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

We collect as little as we can, only to sell you beats and answer your messages. We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your files and send your receipt.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email and message.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. Your card number never reaches our site.
• Your cart: saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.
• Play counts: we count how many times each beat is previewed, without tying plays to you.

Who helps us run the store

These services process data for us, only to provide their part of the store:

• Stripe and PayPal: payments
• Netlify: hosting the website
• Turso: the database of orders and messages
• Cloudflare: the domain and file storage
• Resend: sending receipt emails

How long we keep it

We keep order records so you can always re-download what you bought, and because tax rules require sales records. Contact messages are kept until we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form. If you delete your order history, you won't be able to re-download those files.
