All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Beats are digital files delivered instantly, so once you've paid they're yours to download and can't be returned. Please listen to the full preview and read the license terms before you buy.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, won't open, or doesn't match the beat you bought, we'll send you a working replacement. Use the contact form and include your order number (it looks like ES-1234 and is on your receipt and download page).

Upgrading a license
