These terms cover using everyseason.net and buying beat licenses here. By buying, you agree to them.
Who runs this store
This store is run by Caden Edgarton (“Every Season”, “we”). You can reach us any time through the contact form.
What you're buying
You buy a license to use a beat, not the beat itself. Every Season keeps the copyright. What you're allowed to do (streams, sales, videos, live shows) depends on the license you pick, and is spelled out in the license agreement on your download page after purchase. That agreement is part of these terms.
An Exclusive license means nobody else can buy that beat after you. Anyone who leased it before your purchase keeps their license.
Paying
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Your files are available right after payment on your private download page, and the link is emailed to you.
Your download link
Your download page is private to you. Please don't share it: anyone with the link can download the files you bought.
Things you can't do
- Resell, share, give away or re-license the beat itself (with or without changes).
- Register the beat on its own with content ID systems.
- Claim you produced the beat. Credit it as “prod. Every Season”.
- Use the site to break the law or to interfere with how it works.
All sales are final
Because files are delivered instantly, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. If a file is broken or missing, we'll replace it. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Liability
The site and beats are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one posted when you bought it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
